Bike Ride!

Today's meeting was all about the bike ride.

The Bike Ride is June 3rd.

On June 1st, we will need people to help move stuff out of the storage unit.
On June 2nd, we will need people to mark the ride and work registration in the evening at Cycle Central.
On June 3rd, we will need people starting early in the morning to help at registration and to get stuff out to the pitstops.  During the day, there is a ton of support that everyone can participate in.  Sag Wagons (more on this later), food service, set up, break down, and much more!

We are looking for sponsors- I have attached the Sponsorship Opportunities and Sponsor Agreement to the email you receive the blog with.

Current Sponsors:

Numerica

And we have reached out to:

Columbia Valley Community Health
Laura Mounter Real Estate

The Bike Ride begins and ends at Pybus Market this year which will make for a fantastic place to hang out before and after.
Garlini's is handling the food at the end of the ride for participants.
Wenatchee Valley Brewing Company is serving beer and wine and all participants will be getting a commemorative beer glass with the Wenatchee Valley Brewing Company logo on one side and the Apple Century Bike Ride logo on the other side.

Registration will be held at Cycle Central on Friday night and at Pybus Market on Saturday morning.

Our next Bike Ride meeting is Thursday, March 9th, 7:00 a.m. at Smitty's.  Everyone is welcome.

The Bike Ride has a Facebook page.  We need everyone to "Like" and "Share" the page.  Here are
directions:
First, go to Apple Century Bike Ride Page and look for the "Like" button:

Next, click Like.  It should look like this:
Now, go to the "More" button:

Pull down the menu and navigate to the "Share" button:

Click "Share" and this page will pop up
:
Write whatever you want and then click "Post"

We also have our Event which you can find here.

When you go to that page, click "Going"

Now, "Share" the event.
In this case, you have a few options:  One is to invite all your friends.  The second is to share it the same way you shared the facebook page (in News Feed) and the third is to send a private message to someone.  They are all great but "Invite Friends" will get the word out to the most people

Thanks to everyone for helping promote with our Virtual Word of Mouth!
